Registration fees include conference materials and catered reception on Friday evening (nonrefundable).

• Pre-Registration: $65, must be received by March 17, 2006
• Registration: $85, after March 17, 2006
• Banquet (optional): $60, must be received by March 28, 2006

Banquet:

The conference banquet will be held at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant. The $60.00 banquet fee covers private room, appetizers, salad, a choice of entree, a choice of dessert, wine, gratuity, and tax.
